With Great Power Comes Great Responsibility

This quote has many possible origins but is most famous for being said by Uncle Ben in the Spiderman films.

Very rarely is someone gifted great power without having first taken great responsibility. In these posts rather than focusing on power, I focus on empowerment.

To achieve empowerment we need to take responsibility-

• Responsibility for our thoughts and emotions
• Responsibility for actions and the words we speak
• Responsibility for our health
• Responsibility for the food we consume and the information we digest
• Responsibility for our spiritual growth

With great Responsibility comes great empowerment.
